I had a lovely stay in the deluxe single room! It was super convenient, just a short walk to visit my daughter and the baby. They quickly accommodated my request for an extra night, which was a relief! I will definitely be back.

Entry instructions were delayed, causing confusion at the start. No toaster available in the kitchen area. unnatural lighting from the next building left the room feeling gloomy. Stained bedding and ineffective curtains compromised comfort, while noise from neighboring rooms disturbed sleep significantly.

The Superior King Suite was exceptionally clean and impeccably furnished, boasting a cozy dining area where complimentary hot drinks and snacks were available. The hot chocolate from the coffee machine was a true highlight! Plus, the beautiful Poole Park right across the street was a delight.

Had a nice time in the annex! Super spacious and stocked with everything we needed for self-catering. The online check-in was smooth, and loved the mini-fridge in the lounge. Just wished there were some snacks available to grab. a good spot near the bay.

The twin room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with welcoming shared spaces that offered a cozy dining experience. The high-quality bed linens made for a restful night's sleep, although the room tended to be a bit warm for the season. An excellent location made it easy to explore, but the dirty back of the TV was slightly off-putting. Appreciated the nearby award-winning local meats for a true taste of the area.
